Problem solving
Problem solving is our favorite pastime. All problems can be solved with time, and time is required to gather information about your animal to gain depth and understanding of their needs.
The types of questions you can expect from a remote or in-house investigation include.
- Vet’s details. What was the vet’s diagnosis? (You must visit your vet first)
- Was a second opinion obtained?
- Complimentary therapies
- Age, Species, Breed, Gender
- Family history
- Illnesses, operations, and the dates of when they happened
- Daily routine – sleeping arrangement, family members.
- Relationships
- Diet
- Vaccinations. Worming. Flea etc. treatments
- Skin, coat, paws conditions
- Teeth condition
- Respiration. Allergies. Sensitivities
- Physical condition
- Temperament. History of temperament.
- Date and events around the start date of the issue being discussed, if relevant
- Symptoms
